At Sri Krishna Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within [14 days] of delivery if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- You provide proof of purchase
Custom-made, engraved, resized, or special-order jewellery is non-returnable unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized jewellery
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items damaged after delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide order number and reason for return
- Wait for Return Authorization (RA) approval
- Ship item to: [Our Neareset Shop Address]
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
We will replace or refund as appropriate.
