Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.
To cancel:

- Include your order number
2. After Shipment
Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must follow the Return Policy.
3. Custom Orders
Custom or personalized jewellery orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
If eligible, refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
